Fully automated lights-out molding

A robotic arm raises in a factory, then slides left across the ceiling. The end tilts forward and it drops product below.

It slides left and the end tilts again. It slides back to its original position on the right.

Automated de-gating

A robotic arm slowly descends in front of a wire grid background and pushes a long thin red plastic bar forward above two blue plastic sheets which stand vertically beneath it.

The robotic arm retracts.

Automated de-gating

and parts stacking

In a factory, a robotic arm holds multiple translucent rectangles. It rotates the rectangles and presses them to a vertical surface, then rotates them again.

The end of the arm tilts down, aligning with the ground. The arm deposits the smaller rectangle on a platform below, then covers it with the larger one and a still larger one after that. It deposits scrap in a box.

Automated de-gating

In a factory, a robotic arm holds two translucent dome shapes connected by a strip. It lowers the strip in front of one tool, then another tool. The tools cut the strip from the dome.

The arm lowers and tilts, aligning the domes with the ground. It sets them on a platform next to three other domes below, then raise up.

A person reaches for one of the domes behind.

Automated part cleaning

In a factory, the metal end of a robotic arm reaches through an opening under metal fencing and lays onto a white rectangle on a pedestal.

The arm retracts back through the opening and turns left. It extends upward in a repetitive pumping motion, moving up, then slightly right.

The white arm as three joints, or points of articulation. A caution sign hangs from the fencing above the opening.

The arm turns the other way, then slides backward.

The arm tilts down and it moves under the fencing above the opening once more. The end lowers onto the white rectangle.
