On-Site Inspection Lab
VDI quickly verifies measurements in our on-site ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited Metrology Lab. Having our own lab eliminates the need for outside testing, expediting product development and refinements. Our on-site equipment includes CMM, optical video scope, and probe-scanning arm CMM.
Stocking Program
VDI Manufacturing’s stocking program is available to clients at no cost and no risk in most cases; it’s part of our dedication to customer service. You have enough to juggle in the day-to-day operation of your business. Providing same-day shipping and exact product reorders for your frequently used products is the least we can do to support you.
We produce and stock the products you order frequently. As soon as you place an order, VDI drop-ships the products within 24 hours and begins developing another batch. There is no contract for inventory or paying VDI to stock these items in advance.
Our stocking program offers you peace of mind and repeatability. Products are securely stored in our 40,000-square-foot facility and ready on-demand. We can ship to you or direct to your customers on your behalf.
Sustainability
At VDI, we understand that working efficiently not only saves time and labor costs, it also saves the environment. Whenever possible, we strive to reduce consumption of materials and energy, reusing materials as allowed by client and project parameters. Materials that cannot be reused due to integrity loss are ground up for recycling. Our facility produces very little direct waste.
